Job Overview

Pathways to Community is seeking a dedicated Crisis Support Professional to join our team. As a Crisis Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with daily needs, administering medications, cooking, and providing constant supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily needs, including personal care and hygiene
  • Administer medications as prescribed by medical professionals
  • Cook and prepare meals for individuals in our care
  • Provide constant supervision and support to ensure the well-being of our clients
  • Transport individuals to appointments and community events
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
  • Reliable vehicle for transportation
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)
  • Pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check
  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
