Hospital Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospital/Clinical Liaison to join our team at Susquehanna Health and Wellness Center. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase patient referrals and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers to gain patient referrals
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales process to ensure timeliness with goals
- Execute day-to-day operations to drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as referrals, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction
- Represent the organization in community-related activities and events
- Identify new business opportunities with referring partners and develop census as defined by targeted goals of the business plan
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Marketing
- 3-5 years' progressive experience in marketing and/or public relations in a healthcare setting
- Long-term care experience required
- Must have advanced training in hospital or nursing facility administration
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and regulatory standards
- Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, orally, and in writing
- Professional sales presentation skills required
