About the Role:

As an Anesthesia Recruiter Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our recruiting team in finding and placing top talent in anesthesia positions. This is a critical role that requires strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and recruit qualified anesthesia clinicians for temporary and permanent positions.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clinicians, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with senior recruiters to identify recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to meet them.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to understand the needs of clinicians and match them with suitable roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clinicians.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
