About the Role:

The LINC Residential Case Manager position at the Community House Mental Health Agency is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. This role offers a competitive salary range of $36-$44 per hour, depending on experience.

In this position, you will work as part of a team to provide comprehensive community supports for adults in transitional community-based supported housing and meet established LINC Program goals. Your expertise in harm-reduction, trauma-informed, and client-centered approaches will be essential in delivering high-quality services.

Responsibilities for this role include:
  1. Providing immediate crisis intervention and resolution as needed.
  2. Completing risk assessments and helping clients build de-escalation skills and strategies.
  3. Coordinating with other relevant professionals, including behavioral health, legal, and medical experts.
  4. Supporting the LINC Emergency Housing intake/interview process.


Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in social services, valid drivers license, and eligibility to attain a Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor License. Strong diagnostic and assessment skills, as well as expertise in Co-Occurring disorders, are highly desirable.
