- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective educational experience for students.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure student progress and well-being.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in special education or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with students with special needs, preferably in a school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
