Role Summary
As we embark on a new growth trajectory and reach a pivotal moment in the integration of AI within the U.S. healthcare landscape, we are in search of an Events Marketing Coordinator. This role will be instrumental in promoting and distributing our rapidly expanding product offerings through a comprehensive marketing strategy. You will play a crucial role in reinforcing Commure/Athelas' position as a leader in digital healthcare and enhancing its reputation as the preferred technology partner for prominent health systems across the nation.
This is a full-time position requiring in-office collaboration three days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete planning and execution of marketing events, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and internal events.
- Assist in managing budgets and tracking expenses for each event.
- Lead various events and digital marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns, social media outreach, and content development.
- Utilize our CRM and marketing automation tools to monitor, refine, and enhance our marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing.
- Proven experience in budgeting and attending trade shows and conferences.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and contribute within a team-oriented atmosphere.

Compensation Range: $85K - $95K
