We're a leader in the pet care industry, with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement. As the Factory Controller, you'll play a critical role in driving financial reporting, costing, and inventory management at our Allentown, PA facility.

You'll work closely with all departments within the factory and the business to support the reporting of accurate data through strong accounting processes. This includes overseeing financial control measures, monitoring and analyzing performance, and maintaining and coordinating budgets for the Allentown factory and warehouse.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 4+ years of experience working with General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Internal Controls, Budgeting, and Compliance Management in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, military, or related environment. Additionally, 2+ years of people leadership experience is required.

Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA offers a competitive total rewards package, including a 401k with company match, healthcare coverage, and a broad range of other benefits. The approximate pay range for this position is $101,000 - $142,000.
