BryceTech is seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst III to support the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological Radiological Nuclear Defense. This role will provide program support to Government project leads for CONUS and OCONUS missions, requiring travel when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and coordination to assigned tasks, working independently and as a principle Point of Contact (POC).
- Routinely interface with external stakeholders, contractors, civilians, and military personnel in a professional and effective manner.
- Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and work with contractors to ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate internal program office activities related to systems engineering.
- Maintain awareness of program execution and milestones, as well as their strategic impacts.
- Evaluate, define, analyze, and recommend strategies and potential equipment and/or systems to counter Chemical Biological (CB) threats.
- Integrate emerging technologies to augment systems under development.
- Perform requirements analysis and derive system performance specifications.
- Develop material solutions to incorporate into future Chemical and Biological defeat/disable/destroy systems like the Tactical Disablement System (TacDS) suite of systems.
- Review and refine failure definition and scoring criteria for reliability, and provide feedback on draft requirements documents.
- Conduct on-site assessments and perform gap analysis.
- Define, analyze, and report program risks.
- Provide advice to international cooperative programs and collaborate with international stakeholders as needed.
- Requires a minimum SECRET level clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the tasks listed above.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Superior writing skills with the ability for critical thinking and clear communication.
- Ability to problem solve and work effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment.
