Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and Planning: Develop and implement schedules for the operation of all food and beverage sub-departments to achieve maximum profitability.

  • Guest Service: Respond to guest requests, concerns, and problems to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Emergency Procedures: Implement emergency training and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our guests, staff, and company assets.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least one year of experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Communication: Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Teamwork: Self-starting personality with an even disposition, able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to grasp, lift, carry, or otherwise move materials weighing up to 100 lbs.
