Job Title: Hospitality Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Hospitality Support individual to join our team at Saint Francis High School in Mountain View, CA.

Job Summary:

The Hospitality Support role is an as-needed position that may include back of house, front of house, catering, concessions, or other hospitality-related responsibilities. This role requires a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain food preparation areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment
  • Prepare food to the specifications of students and educators, including making adjustments to accommodate dietary needs and allergies
  • Operate various kitchen equipment, such as slicers, ovens, grills, and mixers, safely and efficiently
  • Clean and sanitize stations and equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Follow all safety and health guidelines for food handling and kitchen cleaning
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to the diverse backgrounds of our students and educators
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of individuals and groups
  • Skill in respectful and sensitive communication with people from diverse backgrounds

Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years experience at a restaurant or food service company
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
