POSITION SUMMARY:
The Security Operations Manager oversees all installation and commissioning tasks necessary for the successful execution of designated projects. This role not only provides resources for on-site Low-Voltage Systems installation and commissioning but also involves planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all facets of the installation process while implementing quality control measures to ensure client satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates and supervises both internal team members and external subcontractors across various projects.
- Identifies development paths for team members that align with the division's and organization's objectives.
- Acts as the direct supervisor for personnel, including onboarding, training, disciplinary actions, terminations, payroll, and performance evaluations.
- Manages the onboarding process for subcontractors.
- Allocates internal and external resources (subcontractors) to various projects and oversees their performance and scheduling.
- Interprets and communicates project standards and requirements to both internal team members and subcontractors.
- Provides support to team members regarding quality and technical issues related to Security installation, programming, and engineering.
- Adapts to a fast-paced work environment, which may include early mornings, evenings, late nights, and weekends.
- Promotes and upholds Pixel's safety culture on-site, leading by example and fostering the expected safety standards on each project.
- Understands the financial aspects of the group, including cost and sell rates of team members, as well as the company's JCR/WIP process.
- Reports any performance and customer satisfaction risks to upper management.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- May encounter uncomfortable or distracting noise levels at project sites.
- Must meet eligibility requirements to rent a vehicle, including age and valid driver's license.
- Required to wear standard safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and hard hats while on-site.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in Security Integration and Low Voltage systems.
- At least 10 years of experience in Audio-Visual.
