We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate School Coordinated Supports BCBA to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a BCBA to provide behavioral support services in a school setting, working closely with students, teachers, and parents to create a positive and supportive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, and will be able to develop and implement effective behavioral support plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral support services in a school setting, working with students, teachers, and parents to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Develop and implement effective behavioral support plans, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement strategies to support students with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Provide training and support to school staff on behavioral support strategies and techniques.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address behavioral challenges.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral support plans, making adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and school staff to ensure that students receive consistent support and services.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in ABA and behavioral support.

Requirements:

  • BCBA certification
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Experience working in a school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
