Customer Engagement
Welcome customers and patients with a friendly demeanor, offering assistance with their inquiries regarding products and services. Your goal is to resolve any issues and answer questions, ensuring a positive experience for every visitor.

Operational Duties
Deliver courteous and efficient service to customers. You will:
  • Process customer transactions accurately at the cash register.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of counters and shelves.
  • Assist in managing inventory, including ordering and checking shipments.
  • Utilize pharmacy systems to enter patient and medication information, ensuring accuracy.
  • Report any prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty.

Additionally, you will handle phone inquiries that do not require the pharmacist's direct attention and assist with the processing of claims for third-party prescription services.

Compliance and Training
Adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining respectful relationships with colleagues. You will also:
  • Complete required training and maintain necessary certifications.
  • Participate in ongoing education to enhance your skills.

Qualifications
Basic requirements include fluency in English and a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred qualifications include prior retail experience and strong math and computer skills.
