Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Banko Overhead Doors. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales of our residential homeowner and customer home builder garage door products.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct consultations with customers in their homes to understand their garage door needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Present product demonstrations and provide accurate pricing quotes.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Closing sales and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in CRM software.
- Proven 5+ track record of success in sales, preferably in the garage door or construction industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to organize your leads and have a system of follow up.
- Ability to read blueprint and do take offs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of garage door products and services is a plus.
- Valid driver's license 3-years.
- Ability to pass a background check.
