Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop emergency response strategies for fleet-related incidents to minimize operational disruptions.

  • Coordinate vehicle logistics, ensuring timely deliveries and effective communication with drivers.
  • Maintain organized and accurate vehicle documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee vehicle modifications and branding, ensuring adherence to company specifications.
  • Manage vehicle registrations and compliance with state regulations to avoid penalties.
  • Schedule routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, keeping detailed service records.
  • Administer the fleet driver roster, ensuring all personnel are trained on vehicle policies.
  • Perform vehicle activity assessments and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Conduct safety evaluations of facilities, implementing measures to mitigate risks.
  • Manage equipment procurement for remote staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools for their roles.
  • Oversee the return and inventory management of faulty equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations in facility maintenance and repairs.
  • Coordinate landscaping services to maintain an attractive and functional exterior.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in fleet and facilities management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in data tracking tools and reporting software.
  • Advanced skills in Office 365 applications for documentation and analysis.
  • Ability to liaise with various departments and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
