Job Title: BMW Service Loaner Fleet Supervisor

Are you a motivated and organized individual looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a highly skilled BMW Service Loaner Fleet Supervisor to join our team at Tom Bush Family of Dealerships.

Job Summary:

The BMW Service Loaner Fleet Supervisor will be responsible for managing our Loaner Vehicle Program effectively and efficiently to maintain our high level of service. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate loaner/rental cars to clients in a courteous and prompt manner.
  • Complete loaner/rental contracts thoroughly and accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure an extraordinary client experience.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of loaner/rental vehicles.
  • Coordinate with Valets, including gas in vehicles and car washes.
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and ensure all vehicles have current registration.
  • Predict the number of vehicles needed daily.
  • Follow direction from Service Management and assist when necessary.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies and clients when loaner vehicles are damaged.
  • Maintain all management reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ year fleet management experience required.
  • The ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.

Our store is located at 9875 Atlantic Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32225, one mile west of I-295. Your direct supervisor will be our Service Director, BJ Scott.
