- Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.
- Follow building plans and blueprints.
- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
- Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
- Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
- This position requires a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance with a Polygraph is required to start.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a plumber.
- Minimum journeyman required.
- Master license preferred.
- Backflow certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
- Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High School Diploma or GED: Required as a basic educational foundation.
- Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
- Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
