Position Overview:
As a Licensed Behavioral Consultant at Alternative Community Resource Programs Inc, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing clinical evaluation, strategic treatment planning, and oversight of behavior modification strategies. You will also serve as a key advisor to families and collaborate with various members of the treatment team.
This position involves providing direct consultation across multiple community environments while ensuring consistent communication with both the child and their family. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Offer guidance and support to parents, educators, and community representatives.
- Implement behavioral incentives and consequences to promote appropriate conduct.
- Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to share clinical insights and information effectively.
- Ensure all documentation and paperwork comply with established organizational policies and clinical standards within required timelines.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of targeted behaviors using both direct and indirect evaluation methods.
- Perform Functional Behavior Assessments as necessary.
- Stay informed on evidence-based behavioral methodologies.
- Deliver culturally sensitive and competent services.
- Instruct clients in skills that enhance adaptive functioning through the least restrictive approaches.
- Accept and manage cases while ensuring ethical and effective treatment delivery.
- Complete the initial training curriculum in accordance with company guidelines.
- Draft and oversee the execution of behavior modification intervention plans based on team input.
- Provide professional advice to Behavioral Consultants and other relevant staff.
- Attend mandatory meetings and adhere to scheduled work hours punctually.
- Plan, prepare, and facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions as directed.
- Prepare all necessary reports, records, and correspondence as required by program regulations.
- Perform any additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related human services field is required.
- Behavioral Specialist Licensure (BSL) is mandatory.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Behavioral Consultant is required.

Compensation:
$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 annually
