Job Title: Market Financial Center Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Market Financial Center Manager to join our team. As a Market Financial Center Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of financial center managers and supporting the growth and development of our financial centers in designated markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of financial center managers to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with market leaders to drive operational excellence and ensure effective execution of business plans.
  • Manage market-level initiatives and projects to drive business growth and improve client experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and community leaders.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of leadership experience in a financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving client satisfaction.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including experience in leading managers and interpreting financial reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
  • Ability to travel to financial centers within designated markets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of management experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports.
  • Experience in the consumer banking or financial services industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
