Job Overview

Gold Leaf Farming is seeking a dedicated Farm Manager to lead our operations team and oversee the efficient functioning of our farms. The role involves strategic planning, budget management, and team leadership to ensure optimal farm performance and sustainable growth. The Farm Manager will be responsible for managing a significant portion of our pistachio farm in Kingman, Arizona.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day management of farm portfolio
  • Budget management and financial oversight
  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable farm teams
  • Develop and execute farm-level agronomic strategies
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Passion for innovation and technology
What We Offer:

The Farm Manager position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, along with company equity, performance-based bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. Additional compensation factors may apply based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Relocation assistance may be provided as needed.
