About the RoleWe're seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our homeowners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- New Homeowner Orientations: Perform comprehensive orientations for new homeowners, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Customer Service: Develop strong working relationships with homeowners, responding to their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Warranty and Support: Conduct regular inspections and provide necessary repairs or replacements under warranty, ensuring our homes meet the highest standards.
- Prior Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, contractor management, or a related field.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and situations.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk long distances, and work in various weather conditions.
- Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience.
