About the Role:As a Patient Care Associate, you will work under the direction of a registered nurse (RN) to assist with clinical support functions, promoting a safe and compassionate patient care environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting patients with daily living needs, monitoring and reading vital signs, drawing blood, and obtaining EKGs.
- Responding to patient requests in a timely manner, safeguarding patient confidentiality, and monitoring patient safety.
- Transporting patients to various destinations and communicating with them in a respectful manner.
