About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design Manager to lead our UX design team and drive innovation for new features and experiences on the PitchBook platform. As a key member of our Product and Engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing design strategies that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of UX design standards and best practices across the company
  • Collaborate with product management to prioritize and design features that meet customer needs
  • Grow and develop a team of UX designers, providing guidance and mentorship to help them reach their full potential
  • Present designs to cross-functional stakeholders, including the executive team, and ensure that design decisions are aligned with business goals
  • Support the vision and values of the company by modeling desired behaviors and encouraging a culture of innovation and experimentation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as design or human-computer interaction
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on SaaS or technology products
  • 2+ years of experience managing UX design teams
  • A design portfolio that demonstrates a history of customer-centric design
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions
  • Collaborative and driven, with a passion for building long-term relationships and a commitment to excellence
