About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team, specializing in serving death care professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, explaining marketing strategies, and collaborating with a team of marketing experts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Marketing Strategy: Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop effective marketing strategies that align with their goals.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed client expectations.
  • Communication: Communicate with clients and internal teams via various channels in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify challenges and opportunities within client projects, offering innovative solutions to overcome obstacles and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a team of marketers and industry experts to brainstorm ideas, share insights, and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on marketing best practices, industry trends, and the value of our services.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and campaign performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably within a marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Social Media, specifically Facebook, in addition to Social Media tools such as Sprout Social or HootSuite; CRM tools like Salesforce; Google Ads and SEM rush a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Trello.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
