About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Relay Resources. As a key member of our Finance and Accounting organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational effectiveness and excellence of our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and validate business needs through stakeholder meetings and documentation review.
  • Review, analyze, and create detailed documentation of business systems/processes and end-user needs.
  • Identify and establish system and process parameters on a project-by-project basis.
  • Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of Finance/Accounting business requirements to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct interviews to gather requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, and other methods.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years prior experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and resolution skills.
  • Highly proficient computer skills, including financial systems, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical matters effectively with technical and non-technical audiences alike.
