Key Responsibilities- Guest Check-in/Check-out: Confirm and manage appointments, ensure payment, and proper handling of personal identification.
- Customer Service: Engage with customers in-person and over-the-phone, anticipate and address guests' service needs with courtesy and professionalism.
- Facility Operations: Maintain a high standard of appearance, professionalism, and personal hygiene, and ensure all designated areas are well-stocked.
- Communication: Communicate with the facility regarding guest situations and complications, and respond to management communications.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor guest reviews and encourage guests to leave facility feedback, and maintain a neat, tidy, and sanitary space in accordance with Island Spa Health and Safety standards.
- Customer Service: Ability to build professional relationships with repeat guests, defuse stressful situations, and prioritize, organize, and make appropriate judgments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in receptions/reservation systems.
- Sales: Ability to drive sales of products and services offered, and work well under pressure and in a fast-paced work environment.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends, and have reliable transportation to-and-from workplace.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Experience: 1 Year previous work-related experience in customer service preferred.
