Key Responsibilities- Donor Engagement: Develop strong relationships with donors, listen to their stories, and help them understand the impact of their donation.

- Quality Assurance: Maintain attention to detail to ensure that collected blood meets regulatory requirements and can be safely transfused.
- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a public setting.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy weights, and adapt to long, irregular hours and frequent schedule changes.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Healthcare Experience: Prior experience in healthcare or phlebotomy (CNA, MA, EMT, etc.).
