Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Interventionist to join our growing team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will provide direct behavior therapy services to individuals with autism and work collaboratively with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior-analytic services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental differences in 1:1 and group settings
  • Develop and implement positive behavior strategies in collaboration with BCBAs
  • Work in various settings, including homes, communities, schools, and clinics, to provide direct behavior-analytic care
  • Document all interactions, including session notes and data collection
  • Assist with individualized assessment procedures and preference assessments
  • Collaborate with families and supervisors to establish a supportive environment for treatment and education
  • Follow Cortica's crisis and emergency procedures, including de-escalation strategies and mandated reporting
Requirements
  • Experience working with children, preferably those with autism
  • Bachelor's degree in a human service field or related field; relevant work experience or students enrolled in undergraduate studies will be considered
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Availability to work some days, late afternoons, and evenings
  • Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Proficiency in software and systems, including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products
Compensation and Benefits

Cortica offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, paid holidays and wellness days, life insurance, disability insurance options, tuition reimbursements, and referral bonuses. The base direct pay range for this position is $21.64 to $29.04, with compensation adjusted based on relevant experience, education level, and location.
