Job Title: Senior Material Handler

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Material Handler to join our team in Beaverton, OR. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely distributing chemicals throughout the campus, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate records of received goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the distribution of chemicals to auxiliary and point-of-use locations.
  • Manage chemical inventory outside of the stockroom, including cycle counts and inventory transactions.
  • Collaborate with VMI chemical suppliers to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Verify goods received against purchase orders, RMA's, or invoices and maintain records of received goods.
  • Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped.
  • Examine, stock, and distribute materials in inventory and on the manufacturing floor.
  • Perform daily cycle counts and variance reconciliation.
  • Pull, kit, and deliver inventory items from work order pick lists or DFT/Kanbans for assembly production teams.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of relevant and recent experience.
  • Experience in chemical handling, stocking, and delivery in a manufacturing environment.
  • Computer literacy and experience with MS Word/Excel and ERP systems.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures.
  • Forklift certification and ability to operate safely.
Work Environment:
  • Lifting 20-35 lbs regularly and 40+ lbs on occasion.
  • Duties require standing, walking, pushing carts, and pallet jacks.
  • This position resides in a manufacturing setting, including a class 100 cleanroom.
  • Proper PPE for transporting and storing chemicals throughout the factory.
