Material Handler II

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler II to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our production support team, you will be responsible for conducting daily cycle counts, providing exceptional customer service to production personnel, and ensuring the accurate movement and transaction of inventory materials.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct and accurately record daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Provide upbeat customer service to production personnel, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Pull daily work orders per approved process, applying ESD and cleanliness guidelines to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Move and transact inventory materials per process, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Transact Quality Control documents per process for the warehouse, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with all shipping and receiving functions as time permits or as required, working collaboratively with the production team to ensure seamless operations.
- Ability to work in a Cleanroom environment for 8 hours a day, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Well-organized with the ability to multi-task efficiently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Diligent and able to detail accurately, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
- Good general understanding of warehouse operations and procedures, with the ability to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to routinely interact optimally with inside customers in a friendly and respectful manner via phone, email, and in-person.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally, using appropriate lifting techniques to prevent injury.
