Compensation: Starting at $19.57-$20.53 +MAP/hr.


Role Summary:
This position involves working closely with the Program Director to oversee the residential program. The role encompasses various responsibilities, including MAP coordination, program management, staff oversight, and scheduling, along with participation in an on-call rotation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in meetings with clients, staff, and management teams.
  • Supervise the staff schedule and arrange relief coverage as necessary.
  • Provide guidance, training, and supervision to staff during each shift.
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), which may involve the use of adaptive tools and dining protocols.
  • Support meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and maintaining a comfortable living environment.
  • Facilitate transportation for residents to appointments and community activities.
  • Document daily shift notes, track data, and manage any assigned record-keeping tasks.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of individual support objectives.
  • Administer medications once certified.
  • Stay updated on agency certifications and training requirements.

Qualifications:

  • A college degree and experience in supervisory or management roles is preferred.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record is required.
  • Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills are essential.
  • MAP, PABC, and CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental delays and/or brain injuries is beneficial.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting pay of $18.57-$19.53/hr with an additional $1.00 wage differential for MAP certification.

  • Tuesday: 9am-3pm
  • Wednesday: 9am-3pm
  • Thursday: 7am-3pm
  • Friday: 9am-9pm
  • Saturday: 7am-3pm
