As a vital team member, you will assist the General Manager in implementing the restaurant strategy, focusing on achieving sales and profitability targets, executing operational procedures, and delivering exceptional service to both Guests and Team Members. The Deputy Manager will collaborate with the restaurant and General Manager to ensure we are the preferred choice for our Guests and Employees.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT

  • Driving sales and profitability by fostering Guest satisfaction and overseeing restaurant operations
  • Communicating any issues or suggestions regarding the restaurant, staff, or Guests to the General Manager
  • Supporting the recruitment and selection of suitable Team Members
  • Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures during shifts
  • Training Team Members on operational standards, company policies, and customer service
  • Identifying and addressing complaints and violations of policies and procedures
  • Providing ongoing feedback and coaching to Team Members regarding their performance
  • Contributing to a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for both employees and Guests

ARE YOU READY?

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) - Preferred
  • Food Safety Certification
  • 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management, ideally in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general systems
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules and extended hours
  • High energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment
