Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Answer and direct phone calls, manage the facility paging system, and maintain the resident list and incoming calls.
  • Visitor Management: Greet visitors, provide directions and information, and ensure all visitors abide by existing rules and use ID badges.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Administrator and Department Directors with administrative tasks, receive and distribute mail, and maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, with additional education or secretarial training preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a clerical position, preferably in a healthcare office setting, and 1+ years of experience in a customer service position.
  • Skills: Ability to use general office equipment and computer systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong attention to detail.
Benefits
  • Competitive Pay: $16.45-$21.46/hr DOE
  • Benefits Package: Employee Medical Benefits starting at $17.50 per pay period for Regence or Kaiser, voluntary dental, vision, and life insurance, short-term disability, and AD&D coverage, for full-time employees.
  • Attendance Bonus: $100.00 for a full-time employee and $75.00 for a part-time employee.
