Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer to join our Enterprise IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and engineering of Windows Server and VMware Virtual Server environments, as well as the management of various server-related resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and engineer Windows Server and VMware Virtual Server environments
  • Manage various server-related resources, including Active Directory, IIS, DFS Namespace, File Shares, Office 365, Azure, and SharePoint
  • Assist with the deployment, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to applications and systems
  • Provide technical expertise and support to end-users, both in-person and remotely
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to create and resolve support tickets
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation for the administration and operation of underlying infrastructure
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in IT industry, with a focus on Windows Server and VMware Virtual Server administration
  • Excellent technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including server and client OS, Active Directory, and DFS
  • General knowledge of Citrix solutions and VMWare technology
  • Experience with Linux and cloud solutions, including Azure, Office 365, and SharePoint
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
