Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer to join our Global IT team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, VMware, and Microsoft cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and engineer Windows Server and VMware environments in an enterprise IT setting
  • Manage various server-related resources, including Active Directory, IIS, DFS Namespace, File Shares, Office 365, Azure, and SharePoint
  • Collaborate with application support and development teams to deploy, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
  • Provide hands-on expertise on systems-related projects and collaborate with the internal Operations Team
  • Work with a global IT team to support users worldwide
Technical Competencies
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including server and client OS, Active Directory, and DFS
  • General knowledge of Citrix solutions and VMware technology
  • General knowledge of Linux
  • Experience in managing Microsoft cloud solutions (Azure, Office 365, SharePoint)
  • Managed Services and Cloud experience
Requirements
  • 2+ years of related IT industry experience
  • 2+ years' experience provisioning, operating, monitoring, and maintaining system hardware, software, and related infrastructure
  • 2+ years' experience in Office 365, Azure, and SharePoint
  • Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized with an ability to meet deadlines
  • Willingness to work with teams in multiple time zones
  • Strong work ethic, responsiveness, and passion for customer service and quality
  • Excellent team player and good interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work within a project-based environment
