Key Responsibilities

  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Facilitate interactions between departments and all other Heritage departments.
  • Compliance and Policy Enforcement: Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Location regulations, as well as Company policies and procedures.
  • Human Resources: Interview, hire, train, manage, evaluate performance, discipline, and discharge employees as needed.
  • Financial Management: Monitor cost of operations, dictate pricing and profitability, and prepare and audit various mandatory reports.
  • Efficiency Improvement: Continuously monitor programs for efficiency improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in proposal development, attend pre-bid meetings, and present to customers.

Requirements

  • Education: Four-year college degree required; finance or business major preferred.
  • Experience: Five or more years of related business experience required, with reasonable P and L experience and experience with TSDF's preferred.
  • Knowledge and Abilities: Thorough knowledge and understanding of all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations pertaining to the environmental services industry. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, oral communications, writing, and customer service skills are required. Strong software abilities in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and Access are necessary.
