About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Southeast region. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
Requirements
  • 8-12 years of sales experience in a multi-national FMCG organization
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
