We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our Ecosystem team at Canva. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform and driving innovation in the design and development of our APIs and integrations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Canva's APIs and Connect API, with a focus on supporting our Developers in designing solutions and balancing capabilities with customer needs.
- Design and deliver high-quality presentations and demos, helping to develop demo agendas and prepare software demo presentations for Developers.
- Collaborate closely with Ecosystem product teams to understand product inner workings and overall roadmap.
- Act as the voice of Developers, communicating customer technical capability needs to product and engineering teams and API needs to Ecosystem product and engineering teams.
- Nurture engagement in our Developers' community while championing their needs and feedback within the company.
- Strong computer science and engineering fundamentals, with experience in developing web applications.
- Experience developing, integrating into APIs, and building web solutions.
- At least 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting skills in an Enterprise SaaS-based environment.
- Prior experience with custom extension/integration development and different web platforms and app marketplaces.
- Customer-focused attitude and demeanor.
- Effective communication skills, with a strong voice when writing.
