Job Summary:
The Oak View Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cash register sales by entering orders and completing transactions.
- Maintain stock and supply levels, and communicate with the Concessions Stand Manager of low stock items.
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work space, including disposal of garbage and cleaning dishes.
- Produce and serve coffee beverages.
- Serve customers grab and go items such as baked goods and pizza.
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be 18 or over.
- Past Barista experience preferred.
- Previous cash handling experience preferred.
- Ability to learn to handle cash and learn to operate a cash register and corresponding system.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers, and guests.
