Job Title: Sales Specialist

Brulin, a leader in the industry, is seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our Parts and Cleaning Solutions (PCS) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling industrial products and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and markets to provide consultation and guidance to customers.
  • Prospect, identify, and qualify new customers, and develop strategies to increase sales leads.
  • Analyze territory to identify growth opportunities and create sales strategies and financial operating plans.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industrial channel partners and cleaning equipment manufacturers.
  • Conduct technical presentations of Brulin industrial products to demonstrate solutions to customer opportunities.
  • Develop strategies for assessing customer needs and positioning Brulin's products as potential solutions.
  • Manage sales activity in Salesforce and demonstrate awareness and competency relevant to Environmental Management System (EMS) and Quality Management System (QMS).
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Empathic listener and persuasive speaker with the ability to create genuine business interactions.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of ISO quality systems and responsibilities.
  • Salesforce experience is helpful.
