About the Job: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Cabinet Sales Associate at Vittitow Cabinets Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Sales: Create custom cabinetry solutions and present them to new and existing customers, utilizing your expertise in Cabinet Vision.
  • Sales and Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers, providing personalized sales experiences.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently delivering results-driven performance.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule follow-up appointments with customers to progress them through the sales process.
  • Marketing Materials: Develop sales materials to showcase custom cabinetry solutions, engaging customers and driving sales growth.
  • Onsite Measurements: Conduct onsite measurements to ensure accurate designs and installations.
  • Office Administration: Manage daily office tasks, maintaining a high level of organization and productivity.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Background: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
  • Skills: Familiarity with Cabinet Vision, Microsoft Word, and Excel, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attitude: A positive attitude, ability to work collaboratively with the team, and adapt to changing sales environments.
  • Traits: Time management skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.

Benefits and Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000, commensurate with experience. Comprehensive benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
