">Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Cabinet Sales Associate.
">About the Role: As a Cabinet Sales Associate, you will be responsible for designing custom cabinetry solutions, providing estimates and computer drawings using Cabinet Vision, and delivering exceptional customer service.
">Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cabinetry Design and Sales: Present and design custom cabinetry solutions to new and existing customers, utilizing your expertise in Cabinet Vision software.
- Sales and Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers, presenting custom cabinetry solutions that meet their needs.
- Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed targeted monthly sales revenue, driving business growth through effective sales strategies.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule follow-up appointments with customers to progress them through the sales process.
- Marketing Materials: Develop sales materials to effectively present custom cabinetry solutions to customers.
- Onsite Measurements: Conduct onsite measurements to ensure accurate designs and installations.
- General Office Tasks: Perform daily general office tasks, maintaining a high level of organization and productivity.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Cabinet Vision, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills, meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
- Team Player: A go-getter attitude, working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.
Compensation and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
