- Support staff at retail partner locations and provide excellent customer service.
- Comfortably give mini-treatments on the sales floor and provide product recommendations.
- Complete recaps of work and provide feedback to improve customer experience.
- Experience in a retail setting, preferably in the beauty, wellness, and skincare industry.
- Esthetician license or practical experience with skincare.
- Ability to learn new platforms for time management and reporting.
- Proven track record of effective communication and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, and a reliable mode of transportation.
- A device for reporting and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once.
- Flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate of $20-$30.
- A collaborative and dynamic work environment.
