ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates must possess a high level of mechanical skill and comprehensive knowledge of swimming pool operational systems. Familiarity with various equipment brands is necessary. Ideal candidates should be self-driven, capable of working independently, and willing to communicate effectively and respectfully with clients while maintaining a professional demeanor. A commitment to meeting deadlines, strong customer service abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and effective organizational capabilities are crucial.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

As a Maintenance Specialist, your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Upholding company values and prioritizing customer satisfaction
  • Possessing a thorough understanding of pool chemistry and equipment functionality, with the ability to convey this knowledge to clients.
  • Diagnosing and resolving repair issues
  • Understanding pool plumbing and electrical systems related to pool/spa heaters and heat/cool pumps.
  • Documenting daily work activities
  • Installing and repairing pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems
  • Coordinating daily schedules with repair personnel to optimize efficiency
  • Collaborating with administrative staff to ensure precise accounting and billing

  • Communicating repair needs to clients and obtaining necessary approvals
  • Executing all tasks with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1+ years' experience as a swimming pool maintenance specialist.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • 3 years of verifiable driving experience.
  • Knowledge of pool plumbing, electrical systems for pool/spa heaters, and heat/cool pumps.
  • Strong mechanical skills and understanding of swimming pool operational systems.
  • Proficient knowledge of pool chemistry and equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot repairs.
