Job Summary

The Electrical Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing electrical construction projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and leading a team of craft workers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee electrical construction projects, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Manage and motivate a team of craft workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct site inspections and investigations, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 7+ years of experience in electrical construction, preferably in DOD, healthcare, industrial, or commercial settings.
  • Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and budget processes.
  • Basic knowledge of the NEC and NFPA 70E.
  • Ability to manage risk and profitability successfully.
