As a key member of our Command Operations Group (COG) within the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), you will play a crucial role in enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth studies and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and simplify work processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain operations and procedures manuals to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Create compelling visualizations and interactive dashboards using Power BI to inform decision-making.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues and training on the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage minutes, and track action items to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in a relevant field.
  • At least four (4) years of experience as an analyst in a program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, with two (2) years of professional experience supporting NAVAIR programs or offices.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
  • Must be a US citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain base access.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD policy and documentation related to management, operations, and life-cycle management of military acquisition programs.
  • Experience designing and implementing end-to-end solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint-based solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to complex business environments and situations, manage multiple priorities and projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of process mapping and workflow documentation.
