Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wireless Sales Manager to lead our team of retail professionals in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, service, and operational excellence in our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of retail professionals to achieve sales, revenue, and customer experience goals.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and mentoring to improve salesmanship and customer service skills.
  • Ensure proper staffing and scheduling of store employees to meet business needs.
  • Participate in special projects as needed to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of retail and management experience.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and service while achieving operational standards.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer service orientation, sense of urgency, detail-oriented, problem solver, and results-focused.
  • Computer aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
