Job Title: Client Success SpecialistEstimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per yearKey Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and providing top-notch support as their primary point of contact within Buyers Edge Platform.
- Regularly schedule meetings and calls to keep clients informed about updates, news, and opportunities.
- Serve as the voice of the client within Buyers Edge Platform.
- Maintain organization for both internal teams and client needs.
- Anticipate and address potential issues before they arise.
- Pursue opportunities for growth, such as upselling produce programs and supply chain consulting services.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients, guiding them from introduction to full system integration.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to foster and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage a portfolio of up to 40 active clients.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Host business reviews, client meetings, and conference calls.
- Monitor follow-ups and update internal systems with client information.
- Promote new services and programs to clients.
- Provide timely updates on project progress.
- 4-year Bachelor's degree required.
- Restaurant management experience a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
