Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at CoolSys. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and repair to our customers' refrigeration and HVAC equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on refrigeration and HVAC equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment
  • Install and replace refrigeration and HVAC equipment as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in general carpentry work and sheet metal work on repairing and refurbishing refrigeration cases and equipment
  • High school diploma or GED, course work at an accredited vocational-technical or trade school
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
