Key Responsibilities- Remotely schedule and conduct training sessions with patients and caregivers
- Travel to patients' homes to provide hands-on training and support
- Explain the proper use and care of our healthcare equipment
- Communicate effectively with patients and caregivers to ensure understanding and confidence
- Accurately document and submit training records
- Maintain open communication with our team through secure channels
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Experience in clinical settings, preferably in anticoagulation management, homecare, or allied health
- Health education training experience a plus
- No lifting over 15 pounds required without assistance
- Completion of assigned educational prerequisites
- Proof of health screening documentation
- Web-based training provided by Abbott Laboratories
- Successful completion of a consumer report (background check) and pre-employment drug screening
- Computer and smart device proficiency
- Basic website and application troubleshooting skills
- Travel a minimum of 100 miles roundtrip required
