About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Remotely schedule and conduct training sessions with patients and caregivers
  • Travel to patients' homes to provide hands-on training and support
  • Explain the proper use and care of our healthcare equipment
  • Communicate effectively with patients and caregivers to ensure understanding and confidence
  • Accurately document and submit training records
  • Maintain open communication with our team through secure channels
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
  • Experience in clinical settings, preferably in anticoagulation management, homecare, or allied health
  • Health education training experience a plus
  • No lifting over 15 pounds required without assistance
Competencies and Employment Requirements
  • Completion of assigned educational prerequisites
  • Proof of health screening documentation
  • Web-based training provided by Abbott Laboratories
  • Successful completion of a consumer report (background check) and pre-employment drug screening
  • Computer and smart device proficiency
  • Basic website and application troubleshooting skills
  • Travel a minimum of 100 miles roundtrip required
